- Hand sanitiser is provided at the reception and infrared temperature check on arrival to salon.
- All appointments will be pre-booked.
- You might not be able to wait in our reception areas.
- You will be asked to handle your own personal belongings rather than handing to our reception team and please minimise your belongings.
- If you or anyone in your household is feeling unwell, please contact our receptions us and we will help to rearrange your appointment.
- We will not be able to accommodate extra guests due to social distancing rules.
- We wont be able to accommodate your friends, please do not bring someone who haven’t got a hair appointment with us.
- You will be required to wear a face mask. which will be provided or please bring your own.
- Social distancing measures will be in place with fewer clients in the salon at any one time.

What we do for you..
- Salon will be regularly cleaned throughout the day - we are allowing additional time between appointments for each area to be cleaned.
- All towels, gowns etc will be washed & disinfected after each use.
- All equipment used during your appointment will have been fully cleaned and disinfected prior to your treatment.
- Before coming at salon, we will check our temperatures. our team will not work if they are unwell.
- We are advising our professionals to drive, cycle or walk to the appointment if they can. If they take public transport they must wear a face mask, keep 2 metres apart from others where possible and carry a hand sanitiser.
- Before Starting, our professional team will be ready with a mask or visors and they finished washing their hand perfectly, and using disinfectant spray on our professional tools.
- we have already prepared air purifiers both on ground floor and basement and well ventilated by open doors and windows.
- For an extra precaution, we will offer you to wear disposable gloves if you require it.
