Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY: If you are unable to keep your appointment or need to reschedule/amend your service, we require 48-hours notice before your reserved appointment date and time. Please call us on 02074952844 CANCELLATION FEE: Cancel/Reschedule an appointment (inclusive changing of your service) with less than 48-hours notice will result in a charge of 80% of the total price of scheduled services and 80% made on the day of your booking.
