We require 48-hour notice in case of any cancellations or changes to your appointment. 
If you cancel/change your appointment with less than 48-hour notice, you will be charged 80% of your appointment fee. 
If you cancel/change your appointment with less than 24-hours notice, or an appointment is missed without prior notice, you will be charged 100% of your appointment fee.
